A restaurant located in the “Southern Gateway Centre” at Bulli Tops, is searching for a talented well organised Chef to help out on a Fulltime basis. Salary on offer is $50,000pa + super. This chef must be fully qualified and be well versed in the preparation of Indian and Pakistani cuisine. This position requires the successful candidate to work 38+hours per week minimum on a set roster. Please be aware that working on weekends is mandatory for this position, so please do not apply if this does not suit your personal circumstances. Your own car is essential as there is no public transport available and on the weekly working roster of days and nights, prepping and servicing for the Cafe, Restaurant and Functions such as weddings, will be the normal routine if you are successful. Evidence of stock management is also a standard skill set we are looking for. We are searching for an organised professional, who knows the work criteria needed to perform in any kitchen and will look after anyone who gets on with it and works with our team to achieve the same end result. Our restaurant specializes in Indian/Pakistani Cuisine and as such, the skills in traditional methods used in the development of dishes such as Korma’s, Marsala's and Butter Chicken etc is essential.
