Admission Requirments:Students who have completed Years 1 and 2 of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (1400) are eligible to apply for this program. Students in this program will undertake the 30 credit point dissertation in Year 3 and 4, as determined by the Program Director and subject to the following criteria: achievement of a minimum GPA of 5.0 for all coursework at the completion of second year of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (1400).

The Program Director will take the following into consideration when assessing applications for admission: the suitability of the proposed dissertation topic; and the resources available to support the candidature including availability of appropriate supervision.

English language requirements apply to applicants whose previous study was undertaken in a language other than English. The minimum English language requirements for such applicants for entry to this program are as follows: A minimum overall band score of 7.0 on IELTS (Academic) with no sub-score of less than 7.0; OR an internet-based (iBT) TOEFL score of 94 with the following minimum scores in each section of the test: 24 for listening | 24 for reading | 27 for writing | 23 for speaking; OR a minimum overall score of 65 in the Pearson Test of English (Academic) with a minimum score of 65 in each of the four communicative skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking); OR the Occupational English Test (OET) with a minimum score of B in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking).
